Thank you for your business, and goodbye

This is one of the most difficult posts I've ever had to write.

After raising lots of chickens, ducks, turkeys, and being embraced by the Amador county community and my immediate neighbors....

I have the burden of informing you that we (me) wont be in business this year at the markets or farmstand.

In my (Elliots) vision for better living standards for animals, better quality of product being a direct result of animal welfare... it pains me to tell you that we are closing business for personal reasons, and not because of  the goals, vision, and model of the business.

Go forth and be advocates for hen health, and continue demanding local eggs. My local recommendation would be eggs at the flower farm by "Amador eggs" from the Plymouth farmers market last summer.

Thank you all so much for your business and belief that local is better.

I dont have enough words to express my gratitude to you all. Thank you.
